Hello,
My blog comments are not a support forum, you will have better luck on an actual forum. That being said, your TV will just become a "second monitor" once you connect it to your PC via the monitor out connection. That might be DVI, HDMI, or something else. You might need to pick up a DVI to HDMI cable.

Note: this post is about streaming media from your PC to TV through your local network (ethernet) so you don't have to worry about the connections but I don't think you are talking about that.

Anyway, good luck.

Give me a thought how to plug-in my Dell computer with Samsung HDTV? I need to plug-in my notebook to my plazma HDTV (Samsung PN50B550 50-Inch Plasma HDTV) which has couple of HDMI Inputs. What are my options & what do I have to get to link my HP-notebook to HDTV. I am looking to plug-in this to the Plasma so that the videos I watch on-line can be seen in my plasma tv.
